We were customers of ROCK of WNY for years. They put our dock in (in the Spring) and took out (in the Fall). Along the way, prices kept increasing until we decided to find less expensive options. There were a few :) The quality and timeliness also fell along the way. The docks were not leveled well and it took multiple calls to get them out for service - with missed "appointments" along the way.
