I placed an order for my 21 year olds headstone on 12.27.22. I was advised in August of 2023 that it would be delivered and installed in October of 2023. It was not!! I tried calling & emailing Terri multiple times with no response. I finally had to contact my attorney. At that point he still never responded to me. He did, however, respond to my cemetery. It'll take them 2 years to get your stone done because the union ruined their productivity and Profesionalism.
