A safe and quiet location . Well maintained. Based on over 15 years of living here.
I’ve lived here for more than five years and in all this time it just keeps getting worse. The roads are rarely plowed or salted, basic maintenance isn’t adhered to and now there’s been several nights in a row where we’ve SEEN drug deal taken place. The owners don’t seem to care and by the cops come, they’re gone. Stay safe and stay the hell away from this place. They only want your money, they care NOTHING of your safety.
Moved in beginning of Sept, very quiet and friendly. I have not met too many of the residents yet. I have no complaints.
My family has had nothing but great experiences here! Prompt maintenance and nice owners.
The only place where the contractors run the show nothing like being woke up at 7:30 on Saturday by heavy equipment ripping a home apart.
