Let’s start with my 1st year 2019, instead of raising lot rent $10 they raised $15. So now lot rent is same as a regular house property taxes! Let’s talk one floor living they rant about! Well it’s 6 to 7 steps to get in and out on every mobile so that’s a lie. Let’s talk Internet they charge $75 a month for like 50mb of slow service! Any place else it’s $50 for 200mb. Wrote a review 2 days ago. I need to clarify. This is a decent park. My issues were without warrant. The staff and management does their best on a daily basis. My apologies for all negative comments.
Poor placement of Mobil homes. Within 4 feet of the next person’s driveway. Our yard was never finished by park. Our street is terrible in respects to kids, cars racing down street. Have seen undesirable young people doing drug deals. Was told this is a 55 plus community which it is not. A glorified trailer park! Mgmt needs to do a better job
RecommendedLoved here two years. Quiet, convenient, pretty, nice people. My wife and I love our home and access to the bike path.
55+ living is B.S. They RENT to any dreg of society that wanders in. Don’t leave your house unlocked or unattended. Want drug addict 20ish neighbors? You got it.
Have called this HOME for past 3 years. I work 7 days/week, so don't get out to enjoy it, but it's comfortable & affordable.

I've lived here for 4+years and although there are some aspects I'd like to see improved upon, like in all communities I've lived, overall it's been a great place with many wonderful people!
quit raising lot rent so much if at all every year.
