I went in here on Oct. 9, 2025 to get my toes and my nails done. My nails look messy with paint on the sides and the lines to my french tips aren’t straight. I noticed on my toes, I also got french tips and on a few of my toenails, the paint is on the bottom of my toenail. Very messy looking. Now for my right foot pinky toe, there is absolutely no paint on it. No top coat, no french tip (except from my natural toenail), nothing. I’m not very happy with the service here.
horrible service. took my daughter to get her nails and told them exactly what to do. After i left they kept asking my daughter what she wanted and she was unsure even though i already told them what to do. Then i asked them to do it the way i asked the first time they wanted to charge me twice. after i told them no the removed the nail polish off her nails as she sat crying. wish i could give negative stars
So disappointed, i get a pedicure maybe once a quarter and went in on my birthday and the entire time the nail tech was on speaker phone with customer service arguing about her insurance. Just awful that she was so rude not only to her client but everyone there. Not good stressfull to listen to.
