Excellent service. I have ordered over the phone and online and both times very professional and prompt service. I did my online order at 7am Tuesday morning they range to confirm delivery time and hour later and it was dropped exactly where I wanted it by 9am that day.
From the first call to delivery, Rock 'n' Soil consistently deliver with quality sales service, timely delivery and accurate placement in tight spots. We have dealt with them many times now and they have helped us transform our block from grass over heavy clay to producing our own fruit and veges from the quality soils and compost they have delivered. Great people and great products.
Went to have a look at some pebbles for the garden bed and was very happy with the suggestions from the staff they were extremely helpful the price is definitely good value and were able to deliver within 2 hours. Really good variety as well.
Great service and assistance with product, cost and calculations. I wish I remembered the lovely lady that helped me as she was outstanding! Will definately be back next time!
Great team, reasonable prices and very knowledgeable of their products and also their competitors. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. My only complaint would be around communication on the delivery day. I had to call to find out where it was, only to be informed there was a mixup with another customer in the yard and my delivery would be late. A text to communicate this would be perfect for customer peace of mind.
