Great experience with Rick n Soil. Ordered 3 cubic metres of pine chips and the delivery was spot on. The driver was friendly, professional, and took real care to place the load as close as possible to both townhouses—made the job much easier. The cypress chips are good quality, easy to spread, and have really improved the look of the garden. Also a very cost-effective way to tidy things up. Would definitely use them again.
Excellent service. I have ordered over the phone and online and both times very professional and prompt service. I did my online order at 7am Tuesday morning they range to confirm delivery time and hour later and it was dropped exactly where I wanted it by 9am that day.
I’ve only had positive experiences with Rock ‘n’ Soil, the service is incredible. They are flexible with deliveries and I’m always super impressed with how neat the drivers are in dropping off materials, particularly giving care to still allow car access to our carport. 10/10!
Good delivery, poor product. Ordered white rocks, got mostly grey with dark stones mixed in. Premium price for substandard quality. Once paid, they didn’t seem to care. Avoid if you want true white rock.
Really quick delivery, ordered 3pm and the materials were on my driveway at 8am the next morning. Great communications from the team as well. I will definitely order from this business again!
