I love the work outs and the all women gym is great. The women really support each other in the class. I have been able to decease my A1c from 6.6 to 6.4. Danielle is great at pushing you and letting you know you can.
ONE. OF. A. KIND. If you want something unique and extrodanary...this is for you. I've been to a lot of gyms and trainers but I've never had an experience like this. From the encouragement to how I'm shaping up, I'm pleased.
Love love love working out here! The facility, the atmosphere, the classes, it's all so awesome!
