Love It! – Rock-n-Sake is great. It can get a little loud towards the end of the evening, but everyone sure seems to be having a great time. Last time I was there I saw about 5 girls dancing around their table just laughing and having a great time. Definitely high energy and something completely different than your normal "library-like" sushi restaurant. I would recommend this place to any one looking to go out and have a fun filled night. It's kind of like a night club that serves food.
Very good sushi and good prices! – As the name suggests, this place is "rockn'" . The quality is great, the presentation very nice and the prices are fair. The atmosphere is nice, although a bit loud when crowded and the staff are very freindly. If you're going to check it out on a Saturday, better get there by 7:00pm or you'll have an hour or more wait for a table. The only drawback is the service is a bit slow when they are crowded and the staff appears over worked but the food is definitely worth the wait.
good sushi poor service – Inexpensive and in a cool neighboorhood. However, the service was just piss poor. Either my waiter was having a bad day or didn't get the memo that customers don't like garbage from other tables placed on their table. EEEE GADS! I know this place is just a sushi spot, but really. Don't give attention to the four hot blondes at the table next to me and leave plates and bottles from THEIR TABLE on my table while you flirt.
A Great Time – The music is rockin', the sake drinks are awesome, and the chefs come up with new creations every week!
