Love the work outs here. Its amazing and the bikes are much different then your traditional cycling studio. Definitely have recommended friends and family members!!
Good prices. Different kind of bikes that move. Take some getting used to. Instructors are all good.
Great spin on traditional spin studios. High intensity cardio workout on the patented RealRyder kinetic bike kicks it up a few notches. The Rock 'n Ryde studio is a beautiful, almost zen space. Top notch instructors are incredibly helpful and ever changing play lists keep you guessing - and singing along.
