the kids LOVED it! We took our two for their first groom for their birthday. They absolutely LOVED their spa day :) Carissa & George really took the time to let them acclimate and asked what exactly we wanted (and specifically didn't want!). I really liked the open space between the lobby and the 'backstage' where the pups hang out in between services rather than being parked in cages. The kids came out happy and fluffy and smelling great!!! We will for sure be back!!! thanks again!
