I had such a great experience, Bryn cut my hair and they did such a great job! Exactly what I wanted and communicated with me about every detail to make sure I was happy thank you!
My daughter had her haircut by Tayvin on Saturday and it was a great experience for my daughter, Hailey. Hailey is still learning to speak up about what exactly she wants, so that's why I hovered around for a bit, I'm sure annoyingly. I soon realized I wouldn't be needed because Tayvin asked all the right question so they could collab together on a great haircut. I've gotten my hair cut here 3 times and Everytime the staff has been wonderful! They listen diligently and it's clear they do their best to meet every need every time. The second time I got my hair cut I wasn't as satisfied with how my curls reacted to the cut. I called the salon a few days later expressing how I wasn't feeling good about my hair. Sofie did my hair. I’m from Washington and this is the first time I actually got a haircut I liked. Told her the type of haircut I wanted and she did it exactly how I asked. I have thin hair but I lot of it. She was able to take off how heavy it would lay and now I can style it perfectly.
