Rock M.M.A is a marital arts academy. No experience necessary just a willingness to get better. We teach children 3 yrs old and up and Adults beginner to Professional. We offer MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, Self-defense and fitness. We teach Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu jutsu, and wrestling. As well as elements of other martial arts. I trained so hard to mma because of this but it is a very good thing for me is fighting for and boyfriend family.

Coach Carl has a lot of information great teacher sets a great structure got my first TKO win with him and only trained with him for two months
I attended Rock MMA and I absolutely loved it. I wound up taking private lessons for awhile. Anyone interested in mixed martial arts should check it out!
