Rock M.M.A is a marital arts academy. No experience necessary just a willingness to get better. We teach children 3 yrs old and up and Adults beginner to Professional. We offer MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, Self-defense and fitness. We teach Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu jutsu, and wrestling. As well as elements of other martial arts. I attended Rock MMA and I absolutely loved it. I wound up taking private lessons for awhile. Anyone interested in mixed martial arts should check it out!
I’ve been attending classes near me at Rock MMA now for close to 8 months and it’s been great! The instructors are great and you can tell they are there for the passion of teaching, learning and passing along the true art form of Boxing, Kickboxing , Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling. They really care about your progress and stay extra time going over questions and proper technique.
