Worst experience ever. We checked in and the receptionist did not tell Mr. Farell we were there. So 45 mins pass. He decides it is more important to move on to his next patient and will not see my daughter. I was told I was going to receive a phone call from the office manager or owner. Its been over 3 hours and no phone call. He even had the audacity to walk by me and not say a word. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
