Fantastic! Was one of the many people impacted by the recent hailstorm and Ben and his team provided detailed, quick evaluation and estimate of the damage. More impressive was the time Ben took to patiently guide me through the entire insurance claim process. Ben went above and beyond on his service and helped make a challenging situation much less stressful.
We bought a brand new suv and had a big garbage barrel, blow into the front quarter panel of my suv at work, they were able to pull the dent out and can't even tell anything happened. Then a month later, was behind a snowplow, we were going to turn into our driveway and the plow it our mailbox (large one) and it bounced off the side of the car and took out the mirror as well. They were able to fix the scratches and replaced the mirror, both jobs done in a day.

Had a mishap backing out of garage and damaged my car door Labor day weekend. Was refered to Ben at Rock Lake. He was upfront and honest about the options I had and the cost.
