Negatives: the smell from the disgusting pit toilets (worse than a pig farm) is horrid within 20 feet of the restrooms, lights didn t work in the women s bathroom, no sink in the women s bathroom so we had to go to showers to use a sink but still no soap, discourteous staff in the bar (twice!), the docks are poorly maintained, resident horses and turkey were LOUD in the morning, sign on door of bar that restrooms are NOT for anyone eating or drinking at that time (just projects how RUDE the customer service is there) Positiv... read more

Sue you are a complete jerk they are very nice people and are great to their customers and im 12 years old you have no reason to say that stuff about them if you dont like someone it doesnt mean you can talk crap about them thats not true get over your self and acctully get some ears and eyes.
This is such garbage, the place is nice but the owners are very unfriendly and are picky unless you are in their circle. They did not get the pool going until just before the 4th of July. They complain about kids, isnt this a family resort. It is obvious that there isnt the business that they could have if management was friendly. Nice place to go if they had someone else running the place.
We camp at Rock Lake a couple of times a year. Rick & Wanda could not treat their guest any better then they do. Our 2 kids love it there and cant wait to go back. Last season the pool had some repairs and looks great!! We were there mid June and the pool was opened, only a couple of weeks later then normal. The begining of June was too cold to swim anyway. good food, good people, nice views. sue, youre obviously someone with a vendetta. get over it.
This place is the bomb! They have such nice owners and I know from when my son was in middle schhol, etc. the kids had such a FANTASTIC time out there after fishing contests etc during school events. Always feel welcome and a nice atmosphere. Nice view right on the lake-relaxing- and a place that I would encourage many to check out! Good prices and regular food-burgers-fish fries-etc.
beautiful location on rock lake. full campground. elk at the site. boat rentals and ramp. great food in a log resort. highly recommend the regular and hot wings - all you can eat on thursday.
