Raquel is the one of the best nurses i have encountered in Canadian healthcare. She was so sweet and accommodating and took such a good care of me, and lab tech Kaylee was so amazing and nice too.
A 13 years old kid coughing about 2 weeks, book an appointment to see a doctor in town yesterday afternoon, the doctor open a prescription for some antibiotic, however due to the weather conditions the pharmacy not open yesterday. When evening the kid coughed and throw up, I asked him to sleep earlier. He went to bed and started coughing more and more, basically every 2 seconds. We received excellent emergency care while on vacation in the area. We are from out of province but that did not slow down the care that we received in the middle of the night. The nursing and reception staff were great and the doctor that attended knew exactly what to do to get the problem rectified. I am very happy with the medical service that we received. I hope not to return, but recommend the hospital for all of your medical needs. .
Terrible staff. No wonder nobody wants to go there for help.
