Amazing product and company! I had issues with ups but they helped me out and even sent the last link overnight. Instlation on my 2022 f350 was straight forward given that its a custom kit and the ride quality is amazing. Plus it looks cool!!
The customer service is excellent - Top Notch. I had a small issue with the jeep. Jeremy reached out to me personally, answered all my questions, ensured I got the correct part I needed to fix the issue. Then followed up to make sure when I ordered the part, it was took care of and shipped to me. This kind of customer service has been lost in today’s world. I've been a customer of RK for about 17 years now. I have never had a bad experience with them, or their products. I simply cannot say a single bad thing about them. What got me hook, line, and sinker was I called in and unbeknownst to me, was talking to the owner. II was a newb trying to understand what mods to do to my Jeep, he gave me completely unbiased information, and that really stood out to me. You guys have my business forever! The tech guys are really great and get you specific parts instead of the whole assembly, but the order guys are complete jerks. Shipping is extremely expensive even for small parts and lead times are about 3 weeks out. I let them know I needed the part by the following week and he didn't disclose shipping time, which he should've done knowing my timeline. The joints are NOT maintenance free like they claim and seize up after a year or so even if you keep them lubricated. Good quality control arms but at that price, I expect ... read more
