A great quality product. The fit was very good, instructions are great. Nice welds and powder coating.
I've been a customer of RK for about 17 years now. I have never had a bad experience with them, or their products. I simply cannot say a single bad thing about them. What got me hook, line, and sinker was I called in and unbeknownst to me, was talking to the owner. II was a newb trying to understand what mods to do to my Jeep, he gave me completely unbiased information, and that really stood out to me. You guys have my business forever! The tech guys are really great and get you specific parts instead of the whole assembly, but the order guys are complete jerks. Shipping is extremely expensive even for small parts and lead times are about 3 weeks out. I let them know I needed the part by the following week and he didn't disclose shipping time, which he should've done knowing my timeline. The joints are NOT maintenance free like they claim and seize up after a year or so even if you keep them lubricated. Good quality control arms but at that price, I expect ... read more
I called a customer service rep the first time to make sure I had the right parts when I went to order them, ordered off the website and received the wrong items per the application, the website os hard to find the right parts how is someone who doesn’t work for them supposed to understand there lingo, after calling back to simply try to get the right stuff and see if they would make it right, the individual that took the call was just wanted to talk down his smug nose to me, I understand all the one star reviews on here now... read more
