This place has been excellent in all of my watch repairs. She gave me a considerable discount on a beautiful piece for my wife and she is always helping others and offering the best kind of service. I have not had any complains or problems and I highly recommend using this store for any jewelry repair or purchase.
I had gone in Rock Jewelers frequently, and the owner told me she received great joy in seeing her customers happy. I purchased a Valentine’s day gift for my wife and it was over $400, and it was extremely poor quality. She did not warn me, and she may not have been aware, but if she is selling it she should know her product and guide her customers to a good buy, or say she doesn’t know about the quality . Have not gone back ever since. Be careful if you purchase something from one of her catalogs.
