I had a great experience with Kirsty at Rock Jewelers. I wanted to get my wedding earrings made using my mom's old pearls. Kirsty was helpful with the design and confirmed with me before proceeding. She was open about timeline and budget - she made adjustments when the first design was going to be outside my price range. I loved the end result. They are high quality earrings that I wore for my wedding and will treasure forever!

Needed a watch repair which involved ordering a lost part. She was friendly, charged a very fair price, and didn’t try to upsell me when I asked about getting a new band. I am impressed by her professionalism and honesty, and definitely plan to return for any future work.

I took a bracelet to sell to this store as I had been to it for repairs on other items. I was offered the price of $1750 to sell it. I repeated the price back to her to confirm that was the offer. I wanted to get two other quotes from other stores so I left and did that. I took it back to her and she told me that she would pay $725 and that she never quoted me the higher price. I know for a fact that she did. I will not go back to this store. She was not giving me what the bracelet was worth. I ended up selling it for $1850.

I was referred here from my friend who recently purchased his GFs engagement ring. I had an older necklace my wife wasn’t fond of with some big stones I was hoping to reuse. I sent some reference pictures and they made exquisite pieces as I had requested. My wife is elated to have the two necklaces, and more excited it was done locally.
