I arrived 10 minutes early for my 3:00 PM appointment and was acknowledged after about 5 minutes, then asked to sit and wait. Around 10 minutes after my appointment time, the stylist asked if I’d be willing to wait another 15–20 minutes. I agreed — I understand things can run behind sometimes. But after waiting the full 20 minutes, I asked for an update, and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes — meaning I’d be 45 minutes past my original appointment time. My wife Charlene was just there for the first time and Elisha did a fantastic job was very nice . She did a cut colour and highlights it was just what we asked for
Clara is amazing! Not only did she do a fantastic job on my hair, but she also gives the best shampoo and scalp massage! So relaxing! She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and does a great job. I left feeling totally refreshed and loving my hair. Highly recommend her!
I have been searching for a hair stylist for awhile now. I saw Sarah M on Saturday. She has been one of the few people who have been able to brush my hair after bleaching and it doesnt hurt. Shes a lovely human. I will be back and found my permanent hair stylist now. Im so happy I found her. 🩷💜
Always great service here! I don't have a preference of stylist so I usually get someone different each time and it's always a great experience. Nice atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable, and talented staff.
