I had a fantastic experience at Rock It Out Salon with Joanna. She kindly fit me in for a late appointment before closing and gave me a fabulous blowout. The service here is always friendly, professional, and consistent every time I’m in Edmonton. I appreciate the warm welcome and top-notch results — I’ll continue coming back annually when I’m in town!
My family and I love Rock it Out! I see Amanda and I’m always so happy and impressed with what she does. My daughters really like Jen for their kids cuts & styles. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I also like that it’s easy to book and see future and past appointments online.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my 3:00 PM appointment and was acknowledged after about 5 minutes, then asked to sit and wait. Around 10 minutes after my appointment time, the stylist asked if I’d be willing to wait another 15–20 minutes. I agreed — I understand things can run behind sometimes. But after waiting the full 20 minutes, I asked for an update, and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes — meaning I’d be 45 minutes past my original appointment time.
