Very good Service
Had a warranty issue that needed assistance and a big shout out to Corinne the Warranty Manager for helping get things done as easily and quickly as possible.
Good experience overall
We drove from Nelson to trail to find our RV power cord. The front counter people were extremely kind and helpful to ensure we got the right power cord and even some advice on our (acting up) solar lithium system. Their customer service far exceeded our expectations of a simple parts purchase. I wish you were closer to the lower mainland, you would get all our service and repair business for our RV.
