I recently purchased a 15 year old rv at Rock Island Rv. They performed an extensive checklist on every part on the trailer and made sure every single component was working. After they completed there check they gave me a 2 year extended warranty on my rv. Shortly after the washer failed and they replaced it with a brand new one. I cannot say enough good things about Rock Island Rv make sure you shop their for all your rv needs.
Kyle was very helpful when I asked to make an appointment to check the trailer brakes for my RV. He made a few suggestions to try before I brought it in. Consequently, I was able to fix the problem. Thank you, Kyle.
