So this hotel is beautiful and clean, but on new years eve we came out for our first BMX races of 2022 and the was no hot water to take showers at the hotel, there were no cleaning services provided on rooms where patrons stayed more than one night, there were not any extra washrags, way over charging for convience food in the lobby ( 3$ for an individual bag of micro popcorn is ridiculous) the pool room was very cold as well the pool, we made the best of it and Bill was very sweet and tried his best to be accommodating!
