Edit sept 2025: I've moved from this practice now. Can never get an appt, wait 2-3 weeks just for a telephone appt. Held back on prescribing HRT as I was due a review but couldnt fit me in. On hold forever then get cut off. Time for a change hopefully for the better. Staff are lovely when you can get through or see anyone. On hold for hours, usually end up having to have a tel appt first. Or you wait to get to a lower number in the queue and they cut you off. will make you wait 1 month for telephonic appointment which was 4:30 pm with Dr hussnain anwar when I ring them I didn't had a call from Dr they said he called u at 4 pm and book anotherappointment which mean another month wait ...... non serious.. I don't like there system they don't care what u r going through playing with ppl life ...
I came on here and noticed I left a review from 2 years ago of one star. I can confirm that ZERO progress has been made on how this surgery is operationally run. The GPs are fine, but the staff and Backoffice are the most unproductive you will find. Many a time I had travelled over 40 mins for an appointment to find it cancelled on me with no notice.
