Saw Charles the nurse today and what a lovely person he is! I arrived late - stressed with my two children for a family appointment after horrendous traffic in Bury and Charles was so patient and good humoured. My children who both have autism were so calm because Charles was. He was able to help me with my asthma and explain things I didn’t know regarding my inhaler. Worst reception ever! Family of 4 and 4 times this year they have cocked up. They book you in and when you bet there they tell you “Oh it’s booked for tomorrow” despite confirming same-day appointment! They book you in and not telling you It’s at the Radcliffe doctors when you live in bury. Never have in had a doctors this incompetent! Only lived here 1 year and wow constant cockups!
I tried to register on the NHS website but needed photo ID which I dont have. The w ebsite advised to contact the surgery for a linkage key, etc. I went in person to be told I cant do it without photo ID, when NHS website says I can. They are totally incompetant reception staff & extremely unhelpful. Judging by the reviews they have been for years & dont really care about bad reviews. Ive been with them 20 years + but still have to prove my identity, who have they been treating for the last 20+ years then. Time to change Drs... read more
Great practice! Lovely reception staff, nurses and doctors. The young man on the front desk was extremely helpful and polite! Appreciate the effort and compassion from staff even when it can be busy and stressful :)
28 November, same place — there are doctor’s appointments, actually two! but not for me… they are for my children! (How??!!) SMS messages confirming my appointment with Dr. Tristan B. also turned out to be a mistake — someone else has an appointment with that doctor. To sum up, this place is a mistake; it’s time to say goodbye to it.
