This is not just a gym , but a community that support each other with the best trainers and supportive members that encourage each other . The best gym around!
The rock team are fantastic. For someone who hasn’t been to a gym in 20 years they instantly put you at ease and are fantastic at looking after you and making sure you are doing each exercise correctly. I have lower back issues and slowly but surely I’m getting stronger and the pain is going. It’s fantastic. Highly recommend.
I've been coming to Rock for years. It's much more than a gym - it's a fabulous community of lovely people who are all shapes and sizes bringing different goals they want to achieve. With the support of the exceptional trainers, the results are real, and the small group PT format is perfect for how I enjoy training. And it all takes place in a welcoming, safe and fun environment. I highly recommend Rock!
Started Rock gym February this year , I had a meeting with Lisa and assured me I would be well looked after , and have never looked back, Lisa Rachel and all the pts , are 100% there for you, I had a bad back when I started and every pt I have trained with has done everything to help me if you are thinking of joining a gym you will never meet more friendlier people every one welcomes you
