I’m starting to think my sink has a better relationship with water than this countertop company does. They replaced my countertop, and shortly after there was a leak on the side of the sink. They came back to fix it… but the leak came back for a second round like it had a scheduled appointment. After multiple issues and difficulty getting a response, I’m disappointed with the quality of work and the follow-up service. Hopefully others have better luck.
My experience for kitchen countertops at two properties was 5* across the board - options, value for price, installation and customer service. I stopped in on a Saturday morning - greeted by the pleasant Ilianna (apologies if spelled wrong). Once I told her what I wanted, she called her boss who arrived a few mins. later. Run away from Rock Hard Granite. Do not use this company. The previous owners were honest, ethical, professional and terrific to work with. This company is decidedly not. They have twice not shown for scheduled appointments. They initially came out to replace worn caulk but used a completely wrong color, even after supplying them with photographs of the existing caulk. The installation experience was horrible. The crew arrived at 4 pm on a Friday and rushed to complete it. There was a sizable chip in one of the quartz pieces and they weren’t going to addressi it, they cut the hole for the faucet off center, there were multiple gouges in the quartz around the sink, they didn’t clean the counters or anything else in the kitchen - trash and dust was everywhere. I didn’t think a business could stay operational and be so unprofessional. We are very unhappy with how the process went for our counter tops. They measured four (yes 4) times and even made a template and still cut the tops wrong (multiple times). The counter tops are installed poorly there are grinding marks in areas we found (after we had to clean the counters when they left). One star is being generous. Would not recommend to anyone.
