Craig is the man. Just bought a boat from him. It was my first boat and he answered every quit had, he even ran me through some backing up exercises and didn’t let me leave till he felt confident I could haul a boat. When I got home the Bimini control arm had a bolt that snapped. I let him know and he took care of it. Just an all around good guy who loves boating and fishing. I will definitely be going to Rock harbor boats in the future l.
Had written estimate in September, "pay deposit for new 350 4stroke" and in 10 days it will be done. So we paid. Months went by. Lots of excuses, delays, no responses to our calls. Finally in December it was "done", we paid the balance and brought it home. Electrical system total fail, engine wouldn't start, couldn't lift engine back up so couldn't transport, and they installed the steering wheel upside down (so if you tilted it, you would have to kneel down on the floor to steer). Craig was a great salesman and helped me get everything I needed on my 2022 Crownline 260 XSS. My wife's reaction when getting on the boat for the first time? "I can't believe they sell them when they are still in such good shape!" Craig went above and beyond in helping making sure everything was right (fixing the tachometer and stereo screen before making the sale final) and helped us get on the water as fast as possible. He is even still tracking down the right bow filler cushion to make everything perfect!
