Erik and Heidi are amazing. They made an impossible situation possible and put my wife and I into a fantastic boat. Both of them went above and beyond. If you want real customer service you shouldn’t look farther than Rock Harbor Boats. Erik is the best salesman and marketing manager I have worked with in 30 years!!
Updated my review to 5 stars. I first gave a one-star rating due to my dissatisfaction with not receiving assistance for the part I ordered. Craig contacted me directly and helped me get the item as fast as possible; he even delivered the part himself to my house, which I greatly appreciate. Craig was very professional and willing to assist and make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Craig for your assistance.

What a great crew. Sales to service to the owner. They are helpful and friendly. If you aren't ready to buy a boat, they have the boat club too!
We purchases our Beneteau Antares 7 at Rock Harbor in Woodinville with the help of salesman Brock and while there were some setbacks- we could not be happier with our purchase. It was a rocky start- but thankfully Brock was able to work out all the kinks and get things fixed and taken care of us and turned a not so great situation into a good situation.
