First class club. Very very well equipped. Clean. Super friendly staff. And you even get free towels! I strongly recommend.
Horrible conditions... The AC is not working... If you go there after 4pm (like me) most of the gym is at 83* !!!! Impossible to train hard, without killing yourself... Do yourself a favor ... Pass on this gym.
I’ve been a loyal member of both Rock Fitness and Elite since they opened. Each year, I place my membership on a 4-month freeze and have never encountered any issues—until now. Recently, I returned to the area for just two days and planned to work out once. When I arrived, the front desk staff asked me to scan in. I specifically asked whether doing so would unfreeze my account or trigger a charge.
