I’ve never written a review before, but this experience deserves one. After realizing I’d been charged for months after attempting to cancel my membership, I called The Rock Fitness Center to get it resolved. 0/10 Don’t recommend. Good luck with trying to cancel your membership. Even if you move to Mars and show a proof of address. They’ll still make it impossible to cancel. The gym is run by nothing but rude teenagers who won’t help you in any way. Go anywhere else

Management was horrible . At the time of my membership I was told if I brought my daughter they would charge me 10 a visit . I said that would be fine and when she came they deducted it from my act . We had been doing it over 3-4 months and sometimes it was late after work when we came At the time she was going to Illinois for the navy so I didn’t want to get her a contract if she wasn’t going to be home . If you want to go to an unmotivated gym, makes you sign a 1 yr contract, takes advantage of students, will not cancel membership when requested by members, charge cards unexpectedly when acct is frozen, management takes no responsibilities, equipment is improperly set up. The list goes on and on! I would not recommend The Rock gym at all!

Very disappointed in how poorly ran this place is becoming. Used to be an amazing place with super friendly front desk and now it’s ran by money hungry people. They will charge your card under allegations of not scanning your key fob and when asked about it they never respond. Treadmills are constantly broken and the men’s bathroom has been out of order for over a month. Take your money elsewhere!
