If you want to go to an unmotivated gym, makes you sign a 1 yr contract, takes advantage of students, will not cancel membership when requested by members, charge cards unexpectedly when acct is frozen, management takes no responsibilities, equipment is improperly set up. The list goes on and on! I would not recommend The Rock gym at all!

Very disappointed in how poorly ran this place is becoming. Used to be an amazing place with super friendly front desk and now it’s ran by money hungry people. They will charge your card under allegations of not scanning your key fob and when asked about it they never respond. Treadmills are constantly broken and the men’s bathroom has been out of order for over a month. Take your money elsewhere!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve had so many problems with trying to cancel my membership and even freezing it. They don’t even tell you when they take money out they just take it out and then answer questions later. The only plan they let you buy is a yearly plan and don’t even try to cancel it before the year is up because all they’ll do is just keep taking money out of your account. Poor management. Poorly maintained gym. Asks for a “work order” in order to cancel if you can’t come in person. Also charges “30 day fee” for cancellation. Not willing to wave the fee, even though I have been a member for years.
