@Peyo Estala It is interesting that you say “nothing awful about the place” and that you “love this gym,” yet you also say it is “going downhill.” Those statements do not really go together. You also claim “everyone I have talked to agrees” and even suggest that “90 percent of the gym” feels the same. Talking to a handful of people does not represent the hundreds of members who use the facility. I have been coming to this gym for over 10 years and I love the way they update their equipment. Many gyms don’t even update their equipment for years and then expect for me to get my pump on when those machines hardly even work my son who is a division,l 1 basketball player and my daughter’s boyfriend who’s a division one football player love to come home and work out at the rock fitness. Been coming here for years Hate this gym is becoming so planet fitness like. Why were machines changed when they didn't need to be in the first place they were fine I'm aware the other stuff is coming in but I can't get a decent workout in anymore because the machines do all the work now and I don't even get a pump or anything Unfortunately I think I'm going to eventually cancel my membership I love this gym and have been coming for almost 10 years and I genuinely can't with the new stuff I was patient and gave it a chance a... read more

loving the new equipment! I’ve been to several gyms in my lifetime and this equipment is the best I’ve ever used. spoke with several other members and they all agree. Thanks to the Rock owners for hearing your members requests and looking forward to all the other new equipment coming.
