My name is Jalil Carrillo, I have been trained my Coach Josh who works up there, very great guy, he not only cares about your goals but who you are as a person, hes a very determined and dedicated trainer. Marilyn who owns the gym is also very organized and set on making the gym as best as it can be, them together make this gym very welcoming and ready for you to achieve your goals.
Josh is an awesome trainer. He takes time to understand your goals and any conditions you are working through. The gym members are fun to be around as well. Overall, highest of recommendations.
I am so happy to have discovered Rock Fitness gym & my trainer Josh. His training has already helped me restrengthen & gain more flexibility. Josh has such a great outlook & makes everyone feel welcome to the gym community!
