Coach Josh is awesome! He tKes you where you are and supports you in your progress. I started out mid June, overweight and very discouraged. I have lost 21 lbs and am still going strong. Not only am I losing weight, I'm getting stronger and have more energy. I recommend Josh and Rock Fitness 100%. The atmosphere is also very friendly and encouraging. You can do it.

Great community of people! I've been working with Coach Josh since coming off an injury and not only have gained full function back, but also gained strength and endurance. If you're looking for a great support system with customized training, this is the place!

My name is Jalil Carrillo, I have been trained my Coach Josh who works up there, very great guy, he not only cares about your goals but who you are as a person, hes a very determined and dedicated trainer. Marilyn who owns the gym is also very organized and set on making the gym as best as it can be, them together make this gym very welcoming and ready for you to achieve your goals.

I have to say that rock fitness is such an amazing gym with a community of amazing people that all support each other and help each other. I am coached by Josh and he has helped me accomplish so much in only 3 months. I started training with him for strongman and through his training and programming I was able to be ready for my first competition which I brought home first place in my division which was so amazing. Absolutely love Rock Fitness! Every time I come into the gym it is such a warm and welcoming environment and everyone has a smile on their face. The machines are well kept and user friendly, and the gym is always clean. I love the sense of community here and that’s what makes it Farmersville’s gym!!
