Rock-Fit is Rock Awesome!!!! Been training for 3 wks with my trainer, James, and results are awesome! I'm in it for the 12 week program and will probably re-up for maintenance. Studio is beautiful, clean and I love being greeted by Owen the hound dog! Way to go Clintonville, for bringing this studio to my neighborhood :)
