Very quick and efficient. Love the fireplace!
We have been using our conventional fireplace for about 8 years. It would take a solid 1-2 days of burning to get a really consistent HOT fire that would warm up the house. Even getting the conventional fireplace to that point would take SLUGS of wood and constant monitering, stirring, sifting and reloading. It was great for ambiance but extremely inefficient. Chase came out and was able to quickly determine that our fireplace was not able to be used in the traditional way, but could be used with a fireplace insert. He did not fully dally and waste my time in order to make a quick profit (which I would have been oblivious to), but instead took the shortest amount of time which cost me less. I will definitely be using his services again when we are ready to purchase an insert.
I love my new insert! No more dragging wood into the house or ashes to clean out. The people at Rock&Fire are awesome to work with.They are very friendly and great customer service.
