My son has a difficult time with sensory experiences and they spent a lot of time and effort making him comfortable and making sure he was okay while the work was being done. I was very impressed with their patience and how much they cared!

I had a very disappointing experience at Rock Family Dental. Due to traffic, I arrived about 10 minutes late with my two daughters. The secretary told me they could no longer see my older daughter because of the delay. While I was disappointed, I understood and accepted their policy. The dentist is actually very kind and professional, and I have no complaints about the care provided. Unfortunately, the front desk staff completely changed the experience.
