Rock energy has provided amazing youth services, and as a teenager I can really appreciate everything they've done. They have very fast response times, especially in comparison to the larger electric companies of urban areas. I used to live in Milwaukee, and I was a part of an investor-owned electric company. And the response times were almost 10 times as long as the ones that we have here under Rock energy.
After years of service I forgot to pay my electric bill. I do not think I got a notice or anything. If I did I might have thrown it away with advertisement or something. Came home and electric was turned off. I called around 6 p.m. and checked the bill paid it when I found out it was overdue. They refused to turn it back on until the next day despite the 80 some degree temps these days. Horrible service. Surely they could do better. Dr.Roberson.
Been without power for over 10 hours with no update on when it will be restored. I went grocery shopping yesterday and now have to throw everything in my fridge away! Do you know how much eggs are?! Would give them zero stars if I could! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I’ve called several times. It’s all automated and there’s no one to talk to.
2024 is a week away why is there still a 4$ convenience fee for using a debit card?
