Awesome communication and execution
I paid out roughly $7,200 for a panel swap. The "inspections" were done by the installer on a video Teams call with the "inspector" pointing his phone at the work they had done. The work seems solid, & we haven't had any issues- but it is not what I was led to believe would be happening, especially given the price point. They also forced us to use their app for communication- and nobody has ever responded on the app, regardless of the message topic.

I reached out on a Saturday, scheduled an assessment/quote for Monday, and had an electrician (Ace) at my house on Thursday to complete the work. Ace was friendly and professional. He ensured I fully understood what caused the underlying issue and my options to remedy so I could make informed decisions.
