I dropped off my pellet stove 4 months ago and have been trying to get ahold of someone from this company since. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone and am sincerely thinking about contacting an attorney to sue.
Called 4 seperate times and left voice-mail during business hours. Never got contacted back. Could be a great business but I guess I'll never know!
I had Tom come out to clean the chimney of my pellet stove. I told him to be careful of where the chimney met the stove because it would leak if handled roughly. Sure enough it started to leak when I fired it up. I called to have him come back to fix it. It took him a month to come back to work on it and he still didn't get the leak stopped so I can't use my stove. He charged me for the second visit in spite of the fact that it was his fault he had to come back. Do not use this man. He doesn't stand behind his work.
I had a pellet stove installed from them. Courteous, honest, and professional. Highly recommended.
