Came out and parked in the way of my work crew then had the audacity to have us move our truck for them then to dig a small ditch and lay conduit then sat in their truck (that was still in the way) for a good hour before pulling off. They must've got tired and took a nap in the truck before going to lunch
They park in front of my building in a bike lane. Which is Ilegal. I leave on my bike and 2 hours later they are still sitting in their trucks doing nothing. Filed a complaint with ATT and Kansas City.
