Huge shout out to Rock Creek Veterinary Services in American falls for taking such great care of our Lainey! She got really sick. She was so lethargic, drooling, not eating or drinking, dry heaving and shivering. I called her vet and her own vet wouldn’t fit her in, they told me to call around to other vets. So I called around and nobody could see her. I was referred to this office by a friend of mine, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made!! I absolutely love this vet,the staff is incredible and very kind,can really tell they care about your animals, very fair priced and will try and work with you ,100% recommend them
The folks that work here took excellent care of our pup. They are so kind and efficient. We were able to hold our little one till she fell asleep for her surgery which is such a wonderful thing they let us do. They did the surgery very swiftly and with care. We drove all the way from California because we heard how amazing this place is and they definitely lived up to that. Probably will be traveling back here if our baby needs more important care.
I brought my dog in for emergency surgery here as the last place ignored my requests for a check up 3 times, even though he was only getting worse. Unfortunately, by the time I got him here, I was postponed for days by the first clinic and he was really sick. The doctor did what he could, but had to put him down since it was not likely he would ever wake from anesthesia. By the time I got there, they had set my 11 month old puppy laying on a table, very nicely cleaned up and presentable for me to say my goodbye a final time.... read more
