We tent camped here at site 3 in October and it was a very nice experience. The only con for us was wasn’t water at every campsite and there were shared spigots between several sites. But it was not that big of a deal. Sites 1 and 2 were the camp hosts and site 3 was very private, especially since we were in a tent. It backs up to the pond/pool and had its own little trail to the main bathhouse as you enter the campground so it was like we had our own bathhouse. Great campground, they have 50 amp electric at the sites for $20 a night. There is water near each site. The dump station is clean but a little tight to get into and we were unlevel. Large spots but tight to get in if you have a larger unit. They have a “concrete” pond, which is very cool. There are some hikes right at the campground, we hiked to done beautiful waterfalls.
One of the best for real camping in the area. Not a lot of sites but you feel more private in your spot. Bathrooms nice. Water, electricity...and WOODS!
Its a beautiful water hole perfect for cooling off in the summer. Has an awesome campground with some cool camp hosts also!
