We signed a contract in February 2018 for Rock Creek pools to build a pool for us at our home. We were told at signing that the process would take 7-10 business days. As soon as we signed the contract the owner, Keith Bonner, changed from the happy salesman to ignorring our calls and texts, too busy to discuss the details of our pool and was full of excuses. Ronnie and the installation gang were very professional and really knew their stuff. A great install experience and they were meticulous on leveling, setting, etc. The owner, Keith - on the other hand, has pretty pathetic customer service skills, follow-up skills and general crappy attitude in almost every interaction. How he stays in business with this kind of attitude towards customers and for after-install service is beyond me. Hard review to write. They were very professional, courteous, and helpful while installing our pool. Personally liked each and every member of their team. On installing I would give them 4 stars...however, ever since then we have not gotten good follow up from Keith. We wanted to purchase new skimmer basket, get a automatic vac, cleaner, etc and after the reply of "I will get back to you", we never heard back ended up purchasing follow up equipment from other suppliers that were more responsive. Very professional, customer service oriented! Went out of their way to help me with my pool and I felt they were sincere and genuine in their efforts to be as cost efficient as possible. So refreshing to be treated with dignity and respect and keep me informed every step of the way.
