Not good to far to drive
Post Surgery patient care: the pain management prescription was insufficient to meet my needs. I sent a message through the homepage portal to report my needs, as well as to request to refill my current medication. The message was sent at the beginning of the business day. I received an automated response that the message was received. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. I AM OUT OF PAIN MEDICATION AND THE OFFICE IS NOW CLOSED.

I would not recommend this neurosurgery office. The patient care was very poor, and communication was nearly impossible. Every time I tried to reach the office, I could never get anyone on the phone, and messages were not returned. When finally seen, the care felt rushed and dismissive, with little concern for my questions or overall well-being. Professional staff, calm setting, and clear results. My nerve study was completed efficiently, with each step explained in a way that respected both time and tone. Documentation was thorough and easy to retain, which makes follow-up coordination much easier. I left confident in both the care and the record.
