*update. They’ve been here doing work since my review and have not changed anything. I hate having to write reviews like this, but unfortunately I’ve reached the point where I feel it’s necessary. This landscaping company services my apartment community, and the quality of work is consistently unacceptable. I am often home when their crews are on-site and have personally watched them drive mowers through parking lots, leaving black tire marks on curbs and pavement. Poor quality.. this is how they leave my apartment complex. They drove over plants and curbs. Leaving sidewalk's disgusting. The grass is uneven and growing over sidewalks even though they were just here yesterday.
Unresponsive and unreliable company that doesn't stand behind their installation and the effects on adjacent property owners. Message and emails are unreturned when requesting them to address recurring sink holes and wash outs related to a neighbor's block wall and bushes installed by them too close to the property line. They have even accessed our property in the past with heavy equipment without permission, causing additional damage. Rock Creek did a great job, both with the hardscaping and yard renovation and sod. They were polite, worked hard, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. Amanda Owen was wonderful to work with as well.
I have had 2 patios, a walkway, 70 ft long retaining wall, fire pit, whole yard irrigation system, and regrading of yard with new sod done by rock creek over the years. Highly recommended this company. They stand behind and take a lot of pride in their work, from the owners to the employees. Best in the business by far.
