The design team and installation crews were efficient and innovative in their approach to our project. While every project has small glitches along the way, Ellis, Billy, and Adam were there to listen and solve any problems. What more can we ask for than a team that is there for us!
Rock Creek was a delight to work with. Hannah was always available and so helpful with selections and ideas. Rock Creek did an excellent job of hardscaping to create a gracious patio area for our yard. Their design was excellent, the work was well done, and the RCI workers were courteous and on time. We hired a different company to install the patio cover than the source they recommended. Despite us not using their source, RCI coordinated with them so it could be built first and the patio around it. It was seamless.
