Building a new home is overwhelming! Rock Creek Homes made it as easy as possible. They answered all emails and texts, met with us as often as we needed, and allowed changes if made in a timely manner! We love our new home and are pleased with the quality of our Rock Creek Aspen 3 car!
I started working with Rock Creek Homes before ground was even broke for my house. I was able to reserve my house without taking out a construction loan and also pick and choose from a long list of options and features I wanted my house to have (within my price range). There were some bumps in the road during the construction process, but Paul always did his best to correct the issue when they came up. I have been around many construction sites over the years and was happy to see that Rock Creek Builders still uses nice quality materials. Solid wood cabinets as an automatic is really refreshing to see. The house was completed on schedule and punch list items were dealt with promptly. All of the crews on site were extremely professional. When I would stop to visit the house while under construction, they would always greet me and let me know what they were doing. After years of living in apartments and condos, we were thrilled to finally move into a house — especially a brand-new build. Overall, we’re happy with our experience with Rock Creek.
