Super disappointed in the flowers my mother in law received, it’s hard enough finding someone I can trust when sending flowers across the state but this was just unacceptable. I am not naive in the fact that floral shops may run low on flowers but the fact I asked for a simple arrangement with white flowers and got a cluster of red roses with a mix of yellow solidago and a pitiful stem of babies breathe is ridiculous. Super disappointed in this florist. I ordered a set of wind chimes for a family member in the loss of her father. He happened to pass away very close to Valentine's Day and Rock Creek failed to send the wind chimes to the funeral home for the service. When I called to inquire, they confirmed since it was their busiest time of year because of Valentine's it just got overlooked. Furthermore, if i wanted a refund I would have to the funeral home. I cannot say enough good things about this florist. They did an amazing job on the casket blanket for my mother‘s funeral. I have never seen a blanket with more flowers. I did not have to visit them, I looked through their catalog and talked with them over the phone and it turned out perfect. Thank you so much for a job well done!!
