Rent has risen twice in the 2.5 years that we have lived here. The hallway reeks of weed so bad that it smells inside our apartment and the neighbor's children are so loud and disruptive that it shakes our bedroom wall all day until 11pm EVERY NIGHT! Lovely apartments!
The apartments are designed small with open concept living space, the units are not kid friendly, but as of late many families with young children have been moving in making the noise levels also increase. Storage within is ok, but small living space for more than one or two adults. Maintenence is responsive to any issues, and the grounds are well maintained. We lived in the Rock Creek Apartments from January 2021 to September 2023. Although, these appear to be "luxury" apartments, they are anything but and I am attaching photos of issues we had in our apartment. We were the first tenants to live in our apartment and had nothing but problems. The first issue we had was water leaking from the upstairs unit.
