Rock Creek definitely " Rocks" . I am leaving this reviews what I observed during my short visit there ,which was for employment ' s purpose. All I can say are positive things about this place. From the cleanliness of this community which is top notch, the front desk staff is welcoming and, corteous. Residents appeared to be happy and, well taken care from what I could see. Cindy was great , pleasant and knowledgeable.
After my father was discharged from the hospital this was the only place that would accept him and I was thankful for that. The day he moved in was terrible. They put him in a shared room and the room smelled like urine. The dinner they served a scoop of chicken salad with 2 pieces of tomato and cucumber. After dinner my father didn’t feel well so my mother went to get a nurse. When they didn’t come I went to get them. Upon checking my father’s vitals they immediately called 911. Total NEGLECT. My mother is DYING because of them. After a short 3 mths stay, where she walked into the place w a walker, talking, eating, however obviously confused as to where she was, my stepbrother sends me a photo of her, only 2 weeks later, of her slumped over in a wheelchair w a towel around her neck. I asked her why are u in a wheelchair and she said because they can get me around faster. It went downhill from there. She became lethargic, was always in bed when I called. This place has been outstanding for us and our family and my mother everything's going very well and I recommend this place to anybody who has memory care problems or dementia Alzheimer's great place to be very secure
