It seems to be a full-on scam. I had purchased a lot in 2022 and then they renumbered my lot or did something based on zone/town laws and made me sign the whole contract again. now they charge ~ $1400.00 per year for HOA fees - for what??? non-existent service, roads and amenities. They have nothing there. I don't even see my lot on the maps after 3 years. This may likely lead into class action laws suit. The price are less than 50% that of what they sold many of us these lot.
