Everything about my visit to Rock County Honda was spot on. I was in for basic maintenance on my vehicle, was treated respectfully by my Service Advisor Dustin, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi, coffee, and tea. It's nice to see RCH stayed a small family-owned business. Sometimes growing bigger businesses makes Companies less welcoming and Service people talk down to their customers, so I'm happy this isn't the case here. Tony helped me out with an issue before I got charged for the appointment and it fixed it! I will definitely be coming back to actually spend money here with maintenance and parts. All of the staff I interacted with were wonderful and I had a great experience
Fantastic service and friendly right from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Dustin and he was helpful and very knowledgeable. Got me everything I needed and explained everything along the way that I asked for. Definitely coming back!
