Stopped in to ask a simple question, and while the lady in the front of the office was very nice and helped as much as she could, the gentleman towards the back of the office was very rude. His desk faced away from the entrance towards the back of the office and he just sat there, playing on his computer and rudely interrupted/directed. Couldn't even bother to turn around and try to help in a nice way, kind of acted like the whole situation was an inconvenience.
Mike and Rose did a fantastic job handing the repairs of our CRV. They both were friendly, accommodating & in kept us informed during the process. Thank you Mike and Rose!
