They called me last night about a cancellation for today, she told me to bring the usual and 3 dollars for the visit, I told her I won't have it until next week, she said that would be ok. Well I get there and the receptionist who wasn't friendly at all told me I have to have the 3 dollars to be seen, I told her that her coworker told me it would be ok and she's like No we have to have it now. So I said I guess I won't be able to be seen then she's like OK and the other woman who works there says loudly from across the room ... read more
The lady at the desk was extremely rude to me about my eye problems and my insurance. She argued with me about what my insurance will cover even though I already called to confirm. She wouldn't have it. Find an office in which the employees treat you with respect because you deserve it! I was going to have my eyes checked today but after how horribly I was treated, I left.
Dr Carman and the staff at Rock County Eye Clinic are the best! I’ve been seeing Dr Carman for several years, and as a health professional, she rates at the top. My exams are thorough and any questions are answered. The staff is friendly and professional, always pleasant....even when we choose frames for my new glasses! 5 Stars!
